Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days for shipped orders (from delivery date), exchange only. We do not offer money back, no refunds, no exceptions. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and follow the guidelines.
If you send us an item for exchange, but it’s used or mistreated, we’ll return it without exchanging it

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.

Return Instructions:
To return your product, you should email your return request to:
We do not provide return labels
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package and a Return label.
If it is an exchange please include instructions inside the package on what you want instead, if we do not have it in stock we will send store credit to your email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Karla’s boutique 916 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel any orders for money back. If you would like store credit for an order you must contact us as soon possible before order is shipped, once order is shipped we are no longer be able to issue a credit

Karla’s Boutique 916 does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. We ship with USPS so you will need to contact them directly & obtain a claim.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
· If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will attempt to notify you via email, and try to see if a similar item is in stock & you would like to exchange, if we can not reach you, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing Refund for items out of stock
